It’s not all about what happens on the field. Behind the scenes, there’s a constant battle in fan engagement, player performance, and squeezing the most out of every dollar.

Use case – The Dallas Cowboys are setting the pace with advanced analytics and fan engagement platforms.

A question I would ask myself – How do I upgrade my sport property into a digital property?


Integrity vs Engagement

Sports Clubs, leagues and federations are walking a tightrope. How do you keep traditions alive while attracting the TikTok and Twitch crowd?

Are you losing ground with the Gen Z and Alfa?

Use case: The NBA’s diving into e-sports and influencer marketing, but it’s a delicate balance.

A question, I would ask myself: How do I build a meaningful community for my fans, which is a digital Asset, without giving up platform ownership to Facebook and Google etc?


“How do I overcome key obstacles in my venue experience?”

Sometimes the sports venues are the last place where fans are treated as valued customers, slow entrance, long queues for the F&B and toilets, you know what I mean.

Use case: Take the Mercedes-Benz Stadium – it’s a marvel of technology and sustainability. But staying ahead with such tech and ensuring fan safety without breaking the bank? That’s a tall order.

A question I would ask myself – Powerful and bold exercise could be here, is to ask my team to rank our venue experience from 1 to 5 in terms of its performance in the following key areas: Digital Integration, Personalization, Sustainability, Safety and Accessibility, and Innovation and Future Readiness?


“How will I not stay behind the AI Revolution?”

Let me invite you to consider – AI is not a trend, it will not go away. Actually, it could be your best player off the field. It’s not just hype; it’s about finding those AI solutions that can make an impact right now.
