NFL Owner Robert Kraft Invests in Premier Lacrosse League

The Premier Lacrosse League has raised a new round of funding led by Arctos Sports Partners, New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, and Brooklyn Nets owner Joe Tsai. The league will begin its third season on June 4; it will be its first since merging with Major League Lacrosse in December.

NBCU Completes Sports Tech Investments towards the Olympics

Comcast-owned NBCU culminated its inaugural SportsTech Accelerator program on Wednesday, investing $50,000 in each of 10 startups and blessing those startups with important broadcast activations just in time for the biggest event in global sports and advertising.

Chicago VC firm raising $100M to invest in sports-tech startups

FanCode, an in-house sports content and commerce platform with over 50 million users, secure a $50 million fund from parent company Dream Sports, that have raised $225 million during 2020.
