Games24x7, the parent company of Indian fantasy gaming platform My11Circle, has entered the unicorn club after latest valuation of $2.5 billion.
Peer-to-peer betting platform Lucra Sports raises $10M in Series A funding round
Led by Raptor Group, the funding round included participation from SeventySix Capital, Victress Capital, Milwaukee Bucks owner Marc Lasry, professional tennis player John Isner, and NFL wide receiver Emmanuel Sander.
Evergreen and Brookfield-led consortium poised to acquire Nielsen for $16bn
The $16 billion deal is expected to close in second half of 2022 in an all-cash transaction and the value of the agreement also includes the assumption of New York-based Nielsen’s debts.
Singapore-based esports startup Ampverse secures $12M in Series A funding round
The funding will be used to expand in Indonesia and the Philippines, acquire more esports teams and scale Ampverse’s play-to-earn unit.
GameFi platform and play-to-earn guild Polemos closes $14M Seed round
The seed round funding, which brings Polemos to a $100 million valuation, will go toward staff expansion, gaming investments and tech development.
